Our Strata Interior Painting Process

Step One - Colour Consultation

One of the biggest decisions you'll need to make is colour. With so many different colours and finishes to choose from, it can be quite overwhelming. Our colour consultants can assist you with selecting interior paint colours that meet your strata’s requirements and their needs.

Step Two - Protection of all Areas

We understand that our customers need to function within their strata while it is being painted, and we take every pre caution to ensure that your common areas is protected. All furniture is covered with plastic and floors protected with drop cloths.

Step Three - Prepare Surfaces

Our experienced team prepares all areas by filing and sanding all holes. Applying caulking to cracks and spot priming all repaired areas. This creates a new clean surface for the paint to be applied.

Step Four - Apply New Paint

Only after all areas have been repaired our experienced painters carefully apply premium quality paints leaving you with a lasting impression.

Step Five - Walk Through Inspection

Once your project is finished and our team has double checked all areas our job supervisor will walk through with a strata member and go through our job completion checklist to ensure everything is fully complete and the strata is happy with the work.
